anyone ever used the SubZone Snake tube?

well the tittle pretty much says it all....im wondering if anyone has any experience with the subzone snake tube

Never used them but they seem to have a good idea going for ported sub applacations that require longer ports than there is depth in the box.

Can make your own using an accordian style dryer vent kit. The trick to making it look nice, would be a nice plastic or metal flared flange for the tube to mate to. (inside the box). Also, have to secure the port so it does not rattle around inside the enclosure.

Finally, if you don't have enough space inside the box for the proper port length, bringing the port outside the box will work, and if you do it well... it even looks cool. I saw a guys install that made his ports look like vertical exhaust pipes you's see on 18 wheeler tractor/trucks. He had them looking like chromed stack pipes. Sharp!

hmm..well i was gonna use them to turn my sealed box into a ported box...guess ill find out how they sound
