I got a question about the alpine deck i own and would greatly apreciate if anyone with knowledge of this deck could answer. Ok well i have had this deck for a year and there are so many settings in this deck i dont even know what to start setting. I tried looking through the instructipon book but its as big as a dictionary and looks like giberish to me. So if anyone knows what settings are worth messing with and what to set these to i would greatly appreciate it.
thanx again,
-Chris

Ummmm, my mind reading cap is not working well today there Chris. SMILE

What Alpine model do you have and which features are you wishing to experiment with? Then we can walk you through some steps.

Also, list all gear you have in this install now:

Speakers (interior bran and model #'s)
Amps (brand(s) and model #'s)
In line Processors (details)
Sub(s) (brand and model #'s)

What are you getting (not getting) now, that you wish to optimize as you go?

As for the settings i havent really messed with any of them because i tried messing with something and it didnt sound right and took me so long to get back to normal....well here's what i got in my 1997 jeep grand cherokee limited.......here is what i got now:

Alpine Head unit 60Wx4 #CDA-9813, Two sony explode amps. (i know not the bets but got them at cost from a budy.) One is a 1200 watt mono amp. #475GSX, and the other a 800 watt 4 channel amp #1600GSD. A monster caple 1 faud digital cap. Also my two subs are JL-Audio W3's. And my speakers are infinities that peak at 170 and the rms is 60. (i believe)
thanks again
