Waz up, can anyone tell me what would be da best amp for 2 15" L5 solo barics??brbr Please Replies (2) Bassmafia on 06/16/2004 02:45:20 First-off,what impedence? dual 2 or dual 4? Next to answer your question. For the dual 4's.You can wire them at a 8ohm load a piece. And use a 4ohm bridged amp like:I don't know your budget;being you didn't post that information. But,heres a few that I know of.That people;I know are using to drive 12"L5's. 1.)Profile Clarus(CL-1200)gives a real good clean 900-940Watts @4ohms bridged Basically any quality 2-cannel amp with at least 800-900 real watts will do. For dual 2's you can go with a 2ohm stable amp. With having the sub's wired at 4ohms each.To achive a 2ohm load total. 1.)JBL(BP-600.1)believe me it'll push'em and hard too! 2.)Lanzar 1200D 800Wx1@2ohms can get for about $229.00 online. Checkout the Lanzar Heritage(HTG-2600D) in the one channel amp section at www.cardiscountstereos.com Good amp & cheap too.I installed two for my lil step brotha. They're $229.99 And put's out about 1000-1100Watts @2ohms.Believe me there have been guys already testing this amplifier. On the www.termpro.com forum. And it's the best bang for the buck out right now period!! Hope this help's you out buddy. Clint Bassmafia on 06/16/2004 02:48:40 Or try the Lanzar Opti-2000D $399.99 at www.audiowarehouseexpress.com Look under Lanzar products and go to 1-channel amp's.This one is even better than the Heritage! I'am thinking of buying two myself!!For my S.U.V. ;that I intend to buy soon. Copyright ClubKnowledge 2009 * All Rights Reserved |
