As you already know.I have a 93'Ford Probe.Well,I'am ready for more room now and I've wanted a S.U.V. forever! So,I went to a friend of mine;dad's carlot. And checked out a few.And here's what he had that I liked. 1.)96'Isuzu Rodeo LS 4x4 2.)94'Honda Passport 4x4 3.)94'Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 4.)94'Niassan Pathfinder XE 4x2 I really want the Rodeo. But,I'am concerned with my car-audio capability's with the truck. As in what can be installed into it.I mean any of the subwoofers that I like. Can be installed into it.Any of the MP3's also. But,it has such little speaker location's. 4" for the front door's & 4"x6" 's for the rear.I'am wanting to know if there is any real good quality 4" coaxial or component's out there? That I can use in the front door's.Without having to pay the local-shop $100.00/a door.To modify my doors to accomendate 5 1/4"'s. Thank's ,Clint Or should I just go ahead and get a Explorer? THINK Replies (6) UKinstaller on 06/14/2004 21:47:09 i have a rodeo and i have 6.5's in the door and in the rear. in the rear, i have some pieces that came w/ the car when i bought it tha attach behind the back seat and place the 6.5's right above the passengers in the back seat's heads. they are placed in great spots that make the stereo sound real good. i have eclipse 6.5's all around. as for subs, i have a couple of kicker 12's, and they sound great. in my opinion, you can put subs in any SUV and they will sound awesome. go for the rodeo my man. you will like it. you wanna buy mine?? it's for sale. -UK Bassmafia on 06/15/2004 03:57:13 How'd you get 6,5's in the door? What year is your Rodeo? UKinstaller on 06/15/2004 09:29:54 i cut out a hole in each door, wasn't that hard at all. my rodeo is a 92, but i think they are all the same until like 98 or something, so our doors are probably similar. swez on 06/15/2004 10:17:10 Vehicles' 1,2 & 4 are all very good choices and hold value well. The Jeep Cherokee is rated well in newer years, but older models may not be up to par with Imports as the miles pile up. If you really want a good breakdown on each... go get data from Consumer Reports or other rating services on each vehicle. That will give you very good research. Take it from there. http://www.edmunds.com/new/index.html?mktcat=gnauto&kw=car+review&mktid=ga198490search http://auto.consumerguide.com/auto/used/reviews/full/index. cfm/id/2053 Swez UKinstaller on 06/15/2004 11:31:06 yeah i agree, in my experience, jeeps are downright horrible cars once they rack up the miles. i guess that's an american car for ya though.......lol. -UK Bassmafia on 06/15/2004 23:20:21 Okay,No Cherokee!
