i'm looking for a decent spl sub for around 100$ that is DVC 4ohm + 4ohm and preferably a 15 inch sub. that can handle 600watts rms. any one have a suggestion i basicaly want a cheap sub to push with my new amp till they release the new Av2 elemntal designs sub. and then iu'm buying one of those

i was thining also i could go with 3 subs that are DVC 4 +4. and get a 6 ohm load since my amp is 1200watts rms at 4 ohms i figure at 6 ohms it should drop it down to 900watts rms. which if i get a 3 alpine type R would be perfect for know till i can up grade to my elemental designs sub.

hehe just trying to get by as cheaply and decent sounding as possible till the elemental designs 12Av2 comes out... i reaqd whats listed on it and saw a video on it and have fallen in love with it.... dont tell my wife:) so instead of getting a 12a now i'm going to what till its big brother is released and i can get another 10"type R for 95$ and use almost all my amps power. btw you dont know anywhere i could get an alpine shipped for cheaper then that do you? froogleness is the name of the game right now for me:)

Why not pick up a 15Kv2? They can be had on preorder for $100 right now. They aren't going to be shipping until like July 1st but I don't think you will find a much better sub for that price. I have the 12A.22 and might order a 12Kv2 just to play with until the 12Av2 comes out.

what is the 15Kv2 hard to look at when i dont know brand thanks for the info though snipe... also thanks alot swez thats a grreat deal. i couldnt find one for less then 100$ anywhere but ebay used. you are definatly the master of deal finding:)
also what do you guys think of this ABP123T 3 12" audio bahn subs ina band pass box. 900watts rms so i would be over powering them by 100watts each but i well be carefull. i know auduio bahn is a SPL sub but i figure i wanted to have a set of spl subs and an sq sub and these look like they would put it out pretty good. and i can get it for 320$ shipped
the box and subs are built and matched by audiobahn so it should all be tuned perect.

ahh ok sorry that was a comlete mind fart gthere hehe... i actuaqly have a 12" Kx series laying around waiting to be installed when my wife gets a new car i was thinking of using that and my jbl 300.1 in my car till the av2 comes out. but geting a 15kv2 does seem like some fun.
