I have a (1994 s10 tahoe chevy blazer 2door) and I have 2 10inch kickers, and would to know whats the best thicknes of fiber board to use also the dementions the box should be?
Could someone please help me with this?

Depends on which Kickers you have and how much amp power you are throwing into them. Most of us use 3/4" MDF for sub enclosures and braces on panels that exceed 16" in any one dimension.
You should be able to find box making specs and such off this link if you know which subs you have. Need Adobe Reader for most of these as they are in .pdf format.
