You have 4 options:
1. Measure the wipers on the car now
2. Go to a good autoparts store and look it up
3. Call the Dealership parts counter and ask them
4. Go online to an aftermarket parts supplier and search their catalogs for details (Pep Boys, NAPA, AutoZone, Sears Auto etc.)
A Google search "wiper blades" would be a good start.
