Hey everyone, This post is not a question -- but it is an FYI for anyone interested in quality of customer support. That's something I always like to take into account when purchasing items. I recently bought a factory reconditioned Kicker amp from Tweeter.com and it came without the remote bass boost control, I emailed Kicker and asked them about purchasing one and they replied the next day with this short letter.
