Like I said before I have two 12" 500 watts max subs model #TSW34C. I have a Crossfire 400Wx 2 amp I use to use with my 10" Rockford's. My subs sound like sh1t. Is this because of the amp? Or is that amp fine for those 2 subs? Or could it be the wireing I used to connect the subs to the box with? The wireing is not very good, I got it at Wal- Mart. I planned on getting Monster wire but only had ten bucks and I'm out of town. What is your thoughts on the problem. Are the subs I have dual voice coil??? Thanks! Replies (1) Tinker18 on 04/21/2004 19:21:54 you should be able to tell whether or not the subs are DVC or single voice coil by the number of positive and negative terminals on the back. two pos and two neg then it is DVC only 1 pos and 1 neg then is it a single voice coil sub. Whats the RMS on your subs and amp? Copyright ClubKnowledge 2009 * All Rights Reserved |
