This isnt really car audio but i know we've talked about this awhile ago and came up for a reason for this. But when u download music off of Kazaa or whatever the mp3's will play for a little bit and then all of a sudden u get this annoying noise and no music. Im using Kazaa Lite K++ (Kazaa Lite sumethin). And i used to download alot before with this only happening to me everyonce inawhile after the whole law passing about illegal downloading. But now its happening alot with the music doing this. Whats the cause of this and is there a way to get rid of it so im able to play the music and burn it? Thanks guys.

The file itself is currupt. supposedly these songs are put out by the RIAA to discourage downloading. in either case, the only thing you can do is keep searching until you find a song that works. what i found works well is to try to download a song with only a few users sharing. when you see a new song with 500+ users sharting it, its almost a sure thing its screwed up

Ryan, This has happened to me a lot, may I suggest changing programs? Kazaa is alright, except for the problem just mentioned. I switched to limewire, which is free, easier to use than Kazaa, and doesn't have the above problem. I'm not entirely sure, since I can't remember, but I think the adress is just limewire.com, check it out and let me know.

Do all the sharing programs show your IP address? I notice that when I had Kazaa my PC was constantly being attacked by hackers. After a successful attempt. I never installed Kazaa and haven't had the problem since.

most of them do, but on limewire you have the option of blocking that. plus get a good backup virus like win-virus. dont go with norton. norton sucks. it always a good idea to have a back up for viruses just in case
