work has slowed down at the shop to where they have not needed me. I have got caught up on all the stuff around the house so I was thinking about doing my amp rack. I have been putting it off as I am hoping to get a new (to me) car shortly and also want to put my equipment in there. I think I have figured out a way to make most of it easily transposed if I do get the new car. I did a little on it today but I am planning on more tomm, maybe sat. I also do not want it to get in the way of my mountain biking, season ends soon..... I'll take the cam in tomm and start snapping pics.

Cool.... what are you cooking up this time? Any details on what the Master Installer guy has planned... I'd like to hear about it.

I don't know how far teal has gotten, have not heard from him either.
Still planning on the same general idea. I am going to fibreglass around the sides of the amp to put some curves in it, and still allow me to flush mount the amp into the rear wall of the truck, no easy task with such a big amp. I will have some plexi in there as well that will be edge lit, and there will be a cover to go over it to allow it to look as stock as possible. I have not decided on a sub brand yet, but I would like to make the box look like the factory jump seat on the drivers side, and leave the pass side functional. The shop sells jl, and the W7 keeps inpressing me. If I can get the depth and airspace I need, I will probably go with that....
dunno what to do for the deck?
