I am looking for some basic information on well positioned subs. I have 15's that are facing outside away from the back seat of my Accord Coupe. I am wondering if they should be pointing toward the inside back seat? Do they need to have room infront of the subs becuase there is only a couple inches between the box and the back seat? How easy is it to turn the box around? Replies (3) purdue069 on 03/30/2004 16:37:57 The car is a 97 honda accord coupe. It has 15 inch subs and im trying to find out which way to face them. swez on 03/30/2004 18:58:42 Most find that facing the sub cones to the back bumper works best. If you had a PU truck, few options available. Are you dissatisfied with your bass performance now? What subs do you have? (make & model) Which amp are you using? (make & model) What style of enclosure is this? (sealed, ported or Band pass?) Swez ttocs on 03/30/2004 21:07:03 we will have a hard time telling you what sounds good in your car. As swez said, 99.5% of the time it is better towards the rear of the car, but it is up to you. Try it in anyway it fits and see what sounds best. Copyright ClubKnowledge 2009 * All Rights Reserved |
