Heh what's happenin'? HAPPY I have wanted to become a stereo & alarm installer since right after I got out of high school and have had a lot of troublr getting my foot in the door. Could anyone give me any helpful advice on where I would need to go (I live in Tyler Tx.) or what I would need to do? This is something I would love to do and w/ paychecks OHHHH HAPPY that would be awesome! Thankyou... Getting MECP certified would give you a great advantage in getting your foot in the door, plus a big jump in pay even just for starting off. ttocs on 03/15/2004 10:54:55 most of the time you have to work your way back to the bay. I started off in sales, as most installers did. If you prove you are a good salesmen and take interest in the shop, most of the time getting back there is not an issue.
