I really want to just put another Battery in my car for just my Amp to my subs. but what do i need to do in order to do this? hope this make sense.. tweeter Replies (3) xplicitblitzboi on 05/8/2003 14:22:30 are you saying that you want to run 2 amps or are you saying that you want to run ur subs and your cabin speakers off of the same amp? Swez on 05/8/2003 14:47:37 Personally, in that small a car, I'd forget the 3.5 dash speakers and concentrate on a quality set Of Comps (in doors) and a 2 channel amp for same. The CDT CL-61a is an excellent choice. I have never seen CDT at these low prices... but performance is superior to most lesser brands. Have a look: http://www.thezeb.com/caraudio/CDT_Audio_Components.html 61a: 6.5" 2-way Component System (pair) SALE! Here's your chance to save $150! The paint finish on this batch of CL-61 components didn't turn out as bright as desired, so CDT decided to blow them out at a HUGE savings! These are exactly the same as the acclaimed CL-61, except that the red paint is not quite as bright -that's it! $149.00 a PAIR IS PAR-ECXELLANCE FOR CDT. If I were looking for new Comps... these would be it! You want to amp these puppies to get the most from them. Probably 50 -100 watts RMS per channel will do wonders here.
