Just a quick question. I'm going to put some polyfil in my sub box. Is there any special way to put it in or do you just stuff it all in there and mount the sub back on.
It's a 12" Alpine Type S in a box that is just under 1 cubic foot internal.

put about a pound in. It is very very important to weave the polyfill as though you would braid someones hair. The tighter you weave the material, the better it will sound.
just kidding. The best method is the nike method. Just shove it in there, use your foot if ya have to....

Use a few staples per panel to keep the braids in place. Nothing worse than corn rolls getting into your speaker vents or mechanicals.
