Some very good features noted here. Are the output watts RMS or peak?

I did see an Alphasonik package on one web site. It was very cheap and low power too... but dunno if these are hot or not..

Pretty sure these are max power ratings.. the amp model is 1200D, so I am assuming that is the RMS (half of 2400).
The thing that caught my attention is the .05% THD.. pretty good for a mono amp, although I am sure that is at 4 ohms.
THD 100dB.
Haven't been able to find a price for this model, and Alphasonik.com strictly prohibits internet sales, and clearly states there are NO authorized internet dealers.

Where I work, we've installed that Alphasonic Party Pack in several vehicles. For the dollar, I've yet to hear a better sounding system. Last I checked, this set was going for $165 for the amp, 2 subs, and a box. They are just 10s but they sound very good, and surprisingly loud. Certainly better than the MTX and Sony packages we sell... As for the particular amp in question? I can't say, but so far Alphasonic has impressed me. :)

Alphasonik has always been a reputable company although they seem to have disappear from the market for a bit. Back in my high school days (85-89) they was one of the better brands to have.

Personally I think their products are far worth the money and will probably out-perform a lot of other brands out there.
