I am running a set of Diamond TDX12D2 subs on a rockford
bd1000.1 wired in series. I am well aware of the reputation rockford has for unclean power and am looking to upgrade. These subs have a peak power handling of 1600w ea. but they are SQ subs. Money is not a problem here so any help or advice you could give would be greatly appreciated.

What is the RMS power handling on these subs, enclosure style and Voice coil configuration on these subs? (looks like 2+2 DVC's?)

Once we know that set of parameters, can make some intelligent amp recommendations.

NOTE: RF is getting a new reputation for offering less power and higher costs. There are much better Class D and Class T amps out there for less.

well if money isint a problem then i would sugest a jl audio 1000/1 or precision power they have some monster amps,my buddy has a kicker xs100 running two 10w7 jls and it slams and sounds very clean. if you could find this amp it would pump your diamonds great,i saw one of these amps on ebay.

hmm i just looked at your subs these are 1000wats RMS each sub if you have a set of them you are going to need at least a 1500-2000watt amp RMS or one amp for each sub.
this is the closest match i could find for an amp Power T10001bd so i'm assuming this is what you have if so you are undeer powering though subs alot and this could cause damage to them this amp is only putting out 750watts at 2ohm thats about 650watts below rms to each sub.
