I have one Audiobahn 1200Q and a jl 500/1 i want to bulid a vented box for the sub, i email audiobahn and no repsond. what size vents and how big does the box need to be, i just want bass. thanks

not to firmilar with that sub but anywhere from 1.0-1.5cf should be good......tuning depends on box size after all displacement

You have to go to the Bahn audio site, click on Tech Support and choose the sub series you have... High Excursion AW1200Q.

A PDF file will open and you can get the box spec details for several ported designs and sealed for your woofer selection. You want the 2003 woofer box design segment.
