is there a manf printed on the top?

You may need to get in touch with the amp manf, or take it to a place that does the repairs, they should have some.

Is there any way other than that- the company is BOSS Audio, and I really don't like their customer support. Kind of slow and unhelpful.

You could look online.. most of the time if Radio Shack dosen't have it, and can't order it for you, online is your only other option.

I would go to a place that normally does repairs. If you have the make/model of the transistor they should have no issues in getting it.

Try PartsExpress. They carry all kinds of transistors and electronic components. Hopefully, the brand name or generic p/n is stamped on the device so you can identify what operating specs this component has.
