I spend countless hours in class, at home, (i think even in my sleep GRIN) reading through these forums. I have heard nothing but the best advice from some of the most friendly people in the field of car audio. All I have received when posting forums is good advice and good ideas. So this post isn't for help, but rather to show appreciation to those who spend many more hours than I do, scouring these forums giving their knowledge. So with that said...to those who have the medals and wear them proudly, and to those who deserve the medals for their great advice and wisdom... SMILE THANKS A MILLION SMILE !!! You guys have made this place a spring of entertainment and learning for me, and I'm sure for many others as well. Replies (8) alanjlamore on 02/9/2004 20:35:20 CLAP CLAP I'LL SECOND THAT! CLAP CLAP Definitely a lot of great, high quality advice from some VERY patient individuals (I should know, with all the questions I've asked). HAPPY GRIN Give if you can! GRIN I've only donated a little so far, but plan on donating more once I get my system together and have a few extra bucks. P.S. Tax returns are comming in soon as well PROUD ttocs on 02/9/2004 21:11:49 time goes by fast.. Doesn't feel like I have been killing time here(between blackouts) for almost 4 yrs...... I like it as well.. cplkittle on 02/9/2004 21:34:24 This is a great establishment.. I spend almost as much time here now as I do looking for nudies. LOL Keep the questions coming, I learn something new everyday! of course I am still learning that there is only more to learn. erikcooper on 02/10/2004 00:25:30 I have to second any and all praise given to the individuals here. I have praise to give to those who answer my questions. I am far from an expert in this field and each day I learn new things to push me further along. I also give praises to those who ask questions. I learn so much from those questions that are aksed and answered by others, or that I research and find answers for myself. I would not learn if others did not know. Erik P.S. Walt, thanks for such a great place. You know it is great when praise like this cna be given by this number of people. admin on 02/10/2004 17:42:29 I know that I have enjoyed working with you all to add features and hope to continue this fine venture together! HAPPY swez on 02/10/2004 19:33:32 We all make a very effective team here folks. Some guys have expertise in one venue, but light on others. But when you sum it all up... we have one heck of a team concept in progress. I commend all you Golds for your time, talent and willingness to light the path for others. To our new Gold Members, I say congratulations and welcome to the hard job... making sense to others that need help! We don't require perfection... just willingness to dig in and learn. As for Our Fearless Leader... W.H. , he's doing his part to keep the back room logistics flowing smoothly. All we need to do, is support his addictiction to helping others in a big way, by sending a few bucks his direction when funds are available. This is a worthy investment in other people who will come later. Swez (Old Man Audio) erikcooper on 02/11/2004 00:22:44 It shure would be nice if there were some way for us to do something to start expanding and maybe even promote the site/club. cplkittle on 02/11/2004 02:45:56 I noticed you have the car tag covers, how about bumper stickers? I could afford several to be distributed among the active members here. I'm not too keen on internet advertisement, but I did notice that alot of articles in the DIY section as well as some of the threads appear on google when I do research.
