First of all what kind of vehicle do you have? it is probably a snap on type of connection if it is a newer model.

well in both my 2003 ranger and 93 probe after the screws where out it was still in pretty tight with snap ing type clips... if you pull on it and it gives a little it should be just held in with snaps but if there are anymore screws it well feel tighter and less give to it. so if you have checked and there are no more screws (i suggest looking even if haynes says there isnt. i have had some vehicles that had stuff haynes didnt list or didnt have stuff they did) so if there isnt anymore just gentle pry around the area you are removing and you should be able to feel where the clips are situated. i myself fashioned a tool out of some thing steel to pop the clips. i also hear there is an actual tool you can purchase. but even your hands or a flat head screw driver with some felt over it well do the job once you know about where the snaps are.
