I have just installed a deh-750mp after about a week or so the sound plays loud than starts fading out then returns to loud again. I have 1 15" 4ohm dual voice crossfire powered by a planet audio 600 watt amp. for the mids I have crewin vega componet set powered by a interfire 750 watt amp. What can I check?

all the sound fades? If that is the case you need to check the output from the source. Disconnect the rca inputs on the amp and try using a cd player with headphone to rca jacks.
