backlight comes on but there is no script on lcd screen.
then backlight went away and now only comes on if i push reset button.
the light will only come on while im pushing reset and not when i let go.
Please help!!!!!

try taking the face out and cleaning the connectors with q-tip of alchol. or maybe your face plate might not be on tight try pushing on the face and see where and when it come on it might be a physical problem.
