question about subsonic filter and bass boost

I have a coustic 401classD and 15 inch jl w3 dual 2 omh voice coil what should i set the sub sonic filter and the bass boost at,the sub box is sealed

With a sealed box, depending on its size, you may not need a sub sonic filter. Sealed boxes naturally give enough acoustical suspension to prevent overexcursion. If you do want to add a subsonic filter for sound reasons, and or if the box is fairly large (over 2.5^ft) I would set it around 20-25Hz.
