By custom, do you mean form and fit is unique or an exotic box design?

it doesnt matter either or..... just a good place to get a box made for the subs to get them sounding good

we need a bit more info. Are you looking for a regular rectangular box, fibreglass, ect? we cannot lead you if you don't point us..

Please list your vehicle make/model when asking questions like this.
The first thing you need is the proper enclosure size. go to JL website and download the pdf file owners manual:

I would design the box with these specs in mind, and at the same time customize it to fit your vehicle. JL also has a gallery online with a search function so that you can look for your make/model vehicle or just browse through all of the 300+ pics there:
