well, i've wanted a system for a while now, so i talked to some friends to see what they said and i looked around on the internet and i found a pretty good deal on a pair of xtant 10s, so i decided to buy them, but now i have a problem.

I want to make a box for them, but i dont know how to figure out the specs for the size of the box.

here is the manual
http://www.xtant.com/html/techSupport/pdfs/A1040A.pdf

can anyone help or is this too much work?

thanks
-Matt

there program is WinISD Beta it will give you digrams and measurements but it didn't work out for me but maybe I just don't know how to use it. The page you listed has all the specs you need to add the subs it on the program but I couldn't get it to work hopfull you have better luck.

If not you could always try e-mailing customer support and see if they will give you some measurements. It seems like they should have all that stuff in the manuel doesn't it?...

the program can be found here

what type of box are you thinking about, and what do you want your subs to do? punchy, tight bass or deep, heavy bass?
are you looking for volume (SPL) or clarity (sound quality)
a balance between the two? 50/50, 60/40, 75/25?

i was planning on going sealed, i want a balance between the two.
