i am wanting to do a install in my mr2 this will include 2x 12"subs 1x ps2 1xamp 2x6-9 1xlarge amp and a cd multichanger does anyone have a idea or done this before and where would i put it.

2 12"s in a mr2? The only place I could think is in the passenger seat..........................
Check out sounddomain.com and see what others have done. There are not alot of options there, regardless of how much you want to spend...

This should help with the amplifier. As for the subs? Is there no room in the trunk?
If you can give me the year of you're Toyota MR2 I can look up what size speakers it takes I am not sure if 6x9's fit it. I know the 2000 model only takes 6.5's

I would prefer to have 6.5s anyway... If you just want 6 x 9s then ok, but I think 6.5s and a tweeter is better.
