I am installing two 12" speakers and a pioneer 4 channel amp in a 2001 gmc yukon denali. The vehicle comes with the bose system, which includes a acoustimass bass module and seven channel bose amp.I have a METRA ROADWORKS ADJUSTABLE LINE OUTPUT CONVERTOR but have no idea how to wire all this to the bose factory system.

You did not mention anything about the head unit. I assume you are keeping it stock? The line out converter(LOC) goes on the speaker output from the radio, then allows you to use rca's to go to your amp. Best bet is to hit the signal wires behind the deck.
