im building a box dimensions 13hx50wx4tdx7.5bd im buying carpet
do u think that a sheet that is 48" x 5 yds
would be enough to carpet the whole box

you should be able to carpet 2 1/2 boxes with that amount. But having extra laying around is not as bad as not having enough.

problem there is the box is wider then the carpet. It should be enough however...

the box is wider than the carpet, but not longer.
If you turn the 50" side parallel with the 5 yard side, the 48" should wrap around the top, front, back and bottom with over 8" to spare.
