sorry if im wasting your time... but could someone tell me if there are a few too many screws in this enclosure...

If it works, I don't see a problem with it, most people recommend a screw spacing of 3/4" to 1 1/2" Depending on the power of the sub, it may need a few more or less.
Better to put a few extra in it, than have to go back and repair one that has blown apart.
