i know crunch isnt the best amp in the world but this is what i can afford and i have had good experience with crunch amps i also know that they are overated on rms wattage so this is why i want to go with 800 watt amp
im going to wire the subs into a 4 ohm load
was wondering if i could just use one wire terminal on the sub box that im building

I think it will work fine, I have 2 12's (same series) and my kenwood 600w amp pushes them pretty damn hard. I would wire each speaker in series to 8 ohm, then together in parallel at 4 ohm to get the 800w. I think you will be happy with the results.

One wire terminal is fine, what kind of box is it?
also be careful when hooking up the DVCs, I fried one not too long ago because the little red dot was on the negative side of the voice coil terminal, and I didn't notice the small + and - stamp on the bottom of the terminal.

well im building the box for my 96 s10 reg cab
13hx51wx4tdx8.5bd should give me about 1.565 airspace which these subs need .75 to 1.00
also do u think i might need polyfill with as big as the box is going to be

oh ya it is sealed guess that helps to know lol

polyfill will help reduce backwaves and standing waves which degrade the sound quality.
Your Audiobahn speaker manual should have polyfill recommendations along with size requirements.
